The America Is All In coalition is made up of a diverse array of subnational entities, groups and coalitions. It is critical that the All In secretariat be able to support the communications strategy that helps to identify strong climate action at the subnational level throughout the United States.

​All In members include thousands of U.S. cities, states, tribal nations, businesses, schools, and institutions of faith, health, and culture that work together to champion a whole-of-society approach to addressing the climate crisis. All In seeks to build a stronger suite of tools to support members by providing communications tools including content creation and storytelling. 

The America Is All In coalition is seeking an organized and creative self-starter to drive digital engagement with coalition members and beyond on our platforms. Working with the Social Media Associate and reporting to the Communications Manager, this six-month consultant will produce compelling content including graphics and video. 

Job Responsibilities

  1. Strategize on content ideas and manage a content calendar that supports our member engagement, advocacy, and recruitment goals
  2. Produce and templatize short-form and long-form video content, infographics, and visuals that convey key messages effectively.
  3. Draft compelling copy as needed, for video scripts, the coalition’s website, social media, and emails
  4. Monitor trends, respond to followers, and foster meaningful online conversations with members
  5. Assist with rapid response
  6. Assist with identification and outreach for non-traditional or non-political media opportunities

  2. Comprehensive Digital Strategy for Member Engagement
  3. Ad-Hoc Rapid Response
