The America Is All In coalition is made up of a diverse array of subnational entities, community institutions, and collaborative networks. It is critical that the All In secretariat support coalition members seeking financing for projects to mitigate climate pollution and build resilience to climate impacts, particularly from resources connected to major federal and state financing programs. This consultancy will play a critical role in supporting local governments and other members and partners as they seek ways to access Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) resources and other public and private financing opportunities while navigating a rapidly evolving policy environment.
All In members include thousands of U.S. cities, states, tribal nations, businesses, schools, and institutions of faith, health, and culture that work together to champion a whole-of-society approach to addressing the climate crisis. All In seeks to build a stronger suite of tools to support members by providing information, communications tools and through direct engagement.
We are seeking a six-month consultancy to develop strategies to support entities seeking financing for climate and clean energy projects. The consultant will report to the Coalition Manager.
